With a free account you can't change the background image. With a premium account you can change the background image in the premium setting section within the image editor: 
What image formats do you support?
We support most common image formats including JPG, PNG, GIF and SVG.
Can I use Interactive-img.com on any website?
Yes, the interactive images created on our platform can be used on any website. We provide an embed code for each image that you can easily add to your website's HTML.
Is there a limit to the number of hotspots I can add to an image?
With the free plan you can create up to 5 hotspots per image. With the premium plan it's 200 per image. However, we recommend not overcrowding your image with hotspots to ensure a good user experience.

What happens to the interactive images that I created if I cancel my premium subscription?
If you cancel your subscription to our premium plan, all the premium features will no longer be available. Your account will be limited to five hotspots per image and only the first five images will be publicly available. As soon as you upgrade to a premium plan again, all your previously created images will become available again.
